The Morehead Clinic also participates with any insurance that utilizes the Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield KY Network, CHA Health Network, or Bluegrass Family Health Network.
All
other insurances are filed as a courtesy to our patients.
Proof of insurance is required upon all visits.
Insurance is a contract between you, your employer and the insurance company. The physicians of the Morehead Clinic treat the patient by giving professional service (i.e. office visit), ordering necessary tests and perhaps referring the patient to another physician. What the Morehead Clinic physicians can not do is know the details of the patient's insurance as to what services are covered and which physicians participate. The patient must be responsible for knowing the coverage of their insurance.
